After getting prepared for more than 100 days, finally, the ERP Information System of Sharpvision put into operation successfully on 1st, April!

At 9 a.m., the conclusion and mobilization meeting was held in the multifunction meeting room. The general manager Mr. Shi Ximin, the Project Manager, Project Consultant and the employees related attended the meeting, which was hold by Project Manager. The project consultant pointed out several problems that we should pay attention to. The Project Manager pointed out some addional remarks of the operation flow of ERP. Last but not least, general manager Mr. Shi Ximin gave a short speech. He emphasized the importance of operation of ERP to Sharpvision.

The key to the operation of ERP is because the leaders of Sharpvision paid close attention to the informatization of our company. Besides, a clear goal and firm execution are the important factors. The operation of ERP marks the beginning of delicacy management of Sharpvision.

Sharpvision Summing-up Meeting and Celebration Party

29th, Jan, 2011, it is an exciting day. Sharpvision members and honored guests gathered together in Guangdong Olympic Hotel for a summing-up meeting of 2010 and celebration party of the Spring Festival 2011. The honored guests include Mr. Shen Dan(The general manager of Sharpvision Sino-Japanese joint venture), Mr.Wu Liyuan and Mr. Huang Changqing from Jianli Cable Ltd. Co., Ms Wu Yanong from Hongxiang Tech Ltd. Co.,Mr.Xu Xinghua, Mr. Wu Guoliang from Shengzhong Electronic Co. ect.

From 9:30 a.m to 12:30 a.m, we played teamwork games such as "Tug of War", "Catch the Ball", "Carpenter worm", and "Rope skipping", which motivated the enthusiasm of the staff. The site was boiled over with excitement! At 2 p.m, the summing-up meeting titled "Harvest 2010, Awesome 2011" officially began! Sharpvisioners together took a look back on year 2010 and then prizes of Excellent Supplier, Excellent Leader, Excellent Team, Excellent Employee, Five-Year Contribution were awarded. Speeches given by the prize-winners won rounds of applause! The meeting was successfully concluded with General Manager Shi Ximin's retrospection and summary of the past year. Mr. Shi Ximin spoke highly of the integral development of Sharpvision. Looking back to 2010, with the hard working of all the staff, Sharpvision won numerous prizes and it was a great success.

With the correct guidance of Mr. Shi, each department developed smoothly and achieved a lot in 2010. In March, Sharpvision was certificated of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS16949: 2009 quality management systems; In May, parts of our products were certificated with IP69K; In December, Sharpvision introduced ERP management system which reaches advanced international standards to improve the work efficiency. What’s more, we over fulfilled the sales target of 2010. Besides, by 2010, Sharpvision was staffed with more than 270 employees. With the encouragement of Mr. Shi Ximin, the staff of Sharpvision are full of confidence to achieve more in the forthcoming year.

At 5 p.m, after the meeting, all members attended enjoyed a well-prepared dinner with joys and happiness!
One happy hour later, guests and employees were stimulated again in the subsequent party. Multiple wonderful programs -- singing, dancing, short acts, mimes, just to name a few, went smoothly on with everyone's loud cheers. Atmosphere was pushed to a climax by intermittent lucky draw. It was a wonderful and enjoyable evening!

This meeting and ceremony party strengthened the acceptance of corporate culture and enhanced the rally power of Sharpvision. It also laid a foundation of the forthcoming year. We believe that Sharpvision will have a better future in 2011.
